Pulse Dance is a vibrant dance studio located in Vancouver, Washington. Our mission is to inspire dancers of all ages and skill levels to explore their passion for dance.
With a wide range of classes available, we cater to dancers as young as three years old. Whether you're interested in Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Ballet, Technique, Acro, Stretch, or Pointe, we have something for everyone.

At Pulse Dance Studio, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for every dancer. Our goal is to nurture a love of dance and the performing arts while encouraging confidence, personal growth, and a strong sense of community.
Registration, Tuition & Payment Policies
Registration
To register, please complete the online registration form at mvpdanceelite.com.
Annual Registration Fee: $25 (one-time per season)
Placement in class is only guaranteed once tuition payment is received.
Registration is open year-round.
Tuition Structure
Tuition is a fixed monthly amount, based on an average of four classes per month across the season. Some months may include three or five class weeks, but monthly tuition remains the same. June tuition is included in the full Fall/Spring tuition structure.
Tuition is posted to accounts on the 1st of each month
If tuition is not received by the 1st, MVP may automatically pull funds through ADP and/or send an invoice to the email on file
Returned checks: $50 fee
Tuition is not prorated for absences, vacations, holidays, or missed classes
No tuition adjustments will be made for weather-related cancellations
Make-up classes are available and must be completed within the current season (September–June)

New to Pulse Dance Studio? We offer a free week of trial classes to help find the best fit.

Important Notes:
Trial registration must be completed by studio staff to apply the free week
Trials are available for new students under age 18 only
Returning students or dancers age 18+ must register or attend as a drop-in
Class Cancellation Policy
If a class does not meet minimum enrollment requirements, it may be canceled or combined with another class. We will do our best to place dancers into a comparable option. If we are unable to do so, a prorated tuition refund will be provided.
Family Tuition Discount
2nd Student Discount: 5% off (Discount applies to the family member with the fewest registered classes.)
Drop-In Classes
Drop-In Rate: $20 per class
Drop-ins are first come, first served
Payment is collected in person
For high-demand classes or guest instructors, please contact us ahead of time for availability.
Enrollment & Attendance
Attendance
Dancers are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If your dancer will be absent, please notify the front desk at: info@pulsedancenw.com
Make-Up Classes
Make-up classes may be arranged within the same term, based on availability.
Dropping a Class / Schedule Changes
You may add a class through the Parent Portal as long as the level is appropriate.
To drop a class:
A Drop Class Form must be submitted by the 25th of the month for the change to take effect the following month
Requests made after tuition has been processed will not be refunded

Tuition & Payments
Due Dates & Late Fees
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month
Auto tuition is processed on the 7th of each month
If tuition is not paid by the 7th, a $10 late fee will be applied
If tuition is not received by the 10th, a $20 late fee will be emailed
Returned checks incur a $50 NSF fee

Dress Code
Students must arrive dressed appropriately for class. Dress codes vary by style and level, but generally include proper dance attire, correct footwear, and hair securely pulled back.
Please refer to each class description for specific requirements.
Conduct Expectations
Respect & Behavior
All dancers are expected to treat instructors, staff, and classmates with respect.
Bullying, harassment, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Any concerns should be reported to an instructor or staff member immediately.
Safety Policies
Health & Hygiene
Dancers should arrive healthy and maintain good personal hygiene. If a student is unwell, they are encouraged to stay home.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, staff will follow studio safety protocols and notify parents/guardians as needed.
Performances & Competitions
Participation in performances and competitions is encouraged but not required. Additional fees may apply. Performance details, rehearsal schedules, and expectations will be shared well in advance.
Photography & Media
Pulse Dance Studio may take photos and videos during classes and performances for promotional use. If you do not want your dancer photographed or filmed, please notify the studio office in writing.
Policy Updates
Pulse Dance Studio reserves the right to update policies as needed. Families will be notified of any major changes.
